discovering amber

Yesterday, thanks to the commercial attache Julijus Glebovas, I had the privilege of attending an event at the Embassy of Lithuania in the Netherlands, which was a part of the embassy festival in The Hague. The Lithuanian guests - Romena Savickiene and Rasa Skirsgailaite-Kmitiene, hailing predominantly from the coastal region, pleasantly surprised attendees with a diverse array of offerings. These included amber tea, delectable snacks, an opportunity for visitors to explore amber firsthand, as well as engaging virtual reality experiences. Furthermore, the event featured insightful narratives and in-depth knowledge-sharing sessions about the Lithuanian seaside area, enriching the cultural exchange between guests and visitors alike.
